  My thermostat quit working and I called PS for the repair. I rarely write reviews, but was so impressed with Robert's attitude, efficiency and proficiency that I had to share. Some repair people come with one intent - to fix the problem and get out as quickly as possible. Robert's intent was to figure out what was wrong, find a solution and then see how else he could help. He got my neighbor's hose and cleaned out my air conditioning unit. Then he cleaned out hers as well.
  
  He said his goal is to be the nicest person you've met that day. Robert - you reached your goal for today!!! THANKS so much for your service and your professionalism. I can't often say I enjoyed having someone over for home repairs, but I certainly did today.
